Nearly 120 firefighters were deployed overnight to handle the numerous incidents, according to Fox News.The powerful storms came during an intense heat wave in central France. Temperatures at Paris-Orly Airport reached 99 degrees Fahrenheit before quickly dropping as the thunderstorms rolled in.
